Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and customize Archer applications to meet the evolving needs of the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Create and manage data models, workflows, and dashboards within the Archer platform
• Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and performance
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Archer applications
• Document code and technical processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of RSA Archer GRC applications.
• An understanding of all core components of Archer development such as: Access Management (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions), Forms/sub forms/questionnaires, Fields/Layouts, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Data Feeds, APIs, Notifications, Calculated Fields, Cross reference, Mail Merge, Data Imports, Dashboards, Reports, Value Lists etc .
• Experience in developing ODAs and customization of core solutions.
• Create and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POC) and product capabilities to the business groups
• Develop custom solutions, applications, and questionnaires in the RSA Archer/eGRC platform.
• Being responsible for end-to-end configuration of new/existing eGRC applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC (e.g., layout, access controls, workflow, notifications, packaging).
• Support Archer development solutions deployment to test and production environment.
