We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a true working supervisor role—ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems in real time, and working side-by-side with their team to keep a community running at its best.

This community is newly acquired and actively undergoing renovations, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys seeing tangible progress and making a direct impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and work alongside a team of 3 Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including high-volume work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (certification strongly preferred)
• Support ongoing unit renovations and community-wide CapEx improvements
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction across all service requests
• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking in partnership with the Property Manager
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once per month)

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing
• Strong HVAC knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ability to handle a busy, high-volume environment with confidence
• Someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working through the complexities of an active renovation community
• Budget awareness and the ability to contribute to financial performance
  
  

Schedule & Perks

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility within reason)
• Rotating on-call (once per month)
• On-site housing available (1- or 2-bedroom, fully comped)
• Additional housing options available if needed
