A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an
Accounting Specialist
to support core financial operations across multiple entities. This role offers a mix of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and month-end responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Handle full-cycle
Accounts Payable
for multiple locations - Assist with
Accounts Receivable
, including invoice preparation and posting - Process domestic and international payments (check, ACH, wire)
- Reconcile AP, AR, and cash accounts monthly
- Prepare journal entries related to payables, receivables, and cash activity
- Support month-end close and quarterly financial reviews
- Assist with internal reporting requests and special projects
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance
or
2 years of experience - Knowledge of internal controls; SOX experience a plus
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
