Job Title: Controller

Overview

The Controller oversees the financial management, reporting, and controls for a large manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with the site leadership team to support business performance, improve financial processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, consolidations, and analysis for the site.
• Provide financial insights, guidance, and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit activity.
• Manage key financial processes including cost accounting, working capital, and cash management.
• Support strategic decisions, major projects, and operational initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced credentials preferred.
• Extensive financial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading teams and improving financial systems and processes.
