A global aerospace manufacturing leader is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering and industrialization team at their facility. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for driving manufacturability, process excellence, and continuous improvement across complex aerospace programs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers
- Drive manufacturing process improvements across machining, assembly, test, and paint
- Support production through troubleshooting, defect reduction, and process control
- Champion Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) for new product introductions and engineering changes
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process plans, tooling, and work instructions
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Program Management
- Utilize ERP and CAD systems (SAP, CATIA, SolidWorks) to support manufacturing excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 7–15 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in complex mechanical assemblies (landing gear, actuators, or hydraulics preferred)
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and aerospace regulatory standards
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Data-driven mindset with a strong bias for action

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
