Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A
Location: Nashville, TN (5 days On-Site)

Position Summary
This role supports the organization’s financial planning and analysis function, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting. The position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a core FP&A partner by providing financial visibility, analytical support, and insights that help drive business performance.
- Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and routine financial updates
- Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results
- Assist with creating and maintaining three-statement financial forecasts
- Build financial models to support budgeting and operational reviews
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
- Maintain routine liquidity and cash flow visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategic and operational initiatives
- Assist with preparing materials for leadership-level presentations
- Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and modernization of reporting tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of financial analysis experience (internships may count)
- Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- In-person attendance required
- General understanding of budgeting and forecasting
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
