Service Administration
- Process repair orders and warranty submissions accurately and promptly
- Maintain service files, job logs, and documentation to meet OEM and dealership compliance standards
- Assist with appointment scheduling, service follow-ups, and customer check-ins
- Coordinate parts requests and repair workflow between departments
- Enter and track technician time records and RO updates in CDK or applicable DMS
- Help with internal reporting and audit preparation as needed
- Receive and process payments for service work, parts sales, and warranty deductibles
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, and electronic transactions
- Reconcile the cashier drawer and prepare daily payment summaries
- Provide receipts and explain charges to customers as needed
- Deliver a warm, courteous experience at the service cashier window
- Assist with answering phones and routing calls during peak times
- 1–3 years of experience in a service department or administrative support role preferred
- Proficiency with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) or similar office systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Automotive experience a plus, but not required
- Competitive hourly pay: $18–$24/hour based on experience
