Vehicle Acquisition Agent

Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a Locally Owned and Operated Family Dealership, is looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our Vehicle Acquisition Team. No dealership or car experience is required—we're specifically looking for servers, bartenders, baristas, retail pros, and hospitality rockstars who want to level up into a career with real earning potential and a professional team atmosphere.

You’ll be helping us connect with customers who may want to sell or trade their vehicle, and working with our management team to source inventory directly from the community.

What You'll Do

• Call, text, and email local vehicle owners using dealership tools and contact lists
• Speak confidently and kindly to potential sellers — no hard sales
• Set appointments for appraisals and trade-ins with our management team
• Help track responses and follow-ups in our CRM (we’ll teach you)
• Learn how to assess vehicle condition and match sellers with dealership needs
• Bring high energy, positivity, and consistency every day

• You’ve worked in restaurants, retail, coffee shops, or customer service—and you know how to talk to people
• You thrive on a challenge and want to earn based on performance, not just hours
• You’re comfortable on the phone and willing to follow a process
• You have great energy, a solid work ethic, and a team-first attitude
• You’re dependable, driven, and ready to learn something new
• You’re organized and take pride in showing up ready to win
