Key Responsibilities
- Appraise trades and acquire inventory via trades, service lane and direct purchase
- Manage day-to-day merchandising, recon tracking, and frontline readiness
- Monitor aged inventory, optimize turn time, and execute timely price adjustments
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Recon Team to streamline internal workflow
- Work alongside our digital marketing team to ensure inventory is accurately and attractively presented online
- Assist in desking deals, working closely with the F&I and sales team to hit department goals
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compliance
- 3 years of experience managing used car inventory at a franchise or high-volume independent dealership
- Strong background in vehicle acquisition, pricing, and recon management
- Experience with VINCUE, vAuto, or similar tools preferred
- Knowledge of current market conditions, pricing trends, and auction strategy
- Organized and detail-oriented with high standards for process and follow-through
- Integrity-driven and comfortable making data-backed decisions
