Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles in accordance with Stellantis factory standards
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
- Use scan tools, technical bulletins, and service manuals to resolve complex issues
- Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings to advisors
- Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and recommendations in the DMS (CDK preferred)
- Adhere to dealership safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch and service leadership to meet daily productivity and quality goals
- Stellantis (Mopar) Certified Technician – Level 1, 2, or Master
- 2 years of dealership technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across engine, electrical, drivability, and mechanical systems
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications a plus
- $30–$50/hour flat rate, based on skill level and certification
- Sign-on bonus available for top certified applicants
