We're looking for a Development Engineer to join a leading motorsports engineering team. In this role, you'll support the full product lifecycle—from concept and validation through production—working on cutting-edge internal combustion and electrified powertrain systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute test and validation plans
- Analyze test data and provide engineering recommendations
- Design and coordinate powertrain testing programs
- Create technical documentation and validation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of powertrain development and testing experience
- Experience with test planning, validation, data acquisition, and analysis
- Background in internal combustion engines and/or electrified powertrains
- Motorsports, automotive, or high-performance engineering experience preferred
