What You'll Do:

As an FEA Simulation Engineer, you'll play a key role in helping engineers make smarter design decisions through advanced analysis and simulation.

You'll:

• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on automotive components and systems
• Build, execute, and monitor simulation models using industry-leading CAE tools
• Analyze results and provide clear engineering recommendations
• Work closely with design, testing, and product development teams to optimize performance
• Correlate simulation models with physical test and instrumentation data
• Develop scripts, macros, and automation tools to improve simulation efficiency
• Present technical findings during engineering design reviews
• Support continuous improvement of simulation methods and engineering workflows

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), CAE, simulation engineering, or product development
• Strong understanding of:
• Structural mechanics
• Statics and dynamics
• Material behavior
• Engineering fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

You'll stand out if you have experience with:

• Abaqus FEA
• CATIA
• Python, MATLAB, Java, or other engineering programming languages
• Automotive, motorsports, aerospace, or high-performance vehicle development
• Internal combustion, hybrid, or electric vehicle powertrains
• Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Optimization techniques
• Control systems
• Correlating simulation models with physical testing
