What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at Motion Recruitment?
Our client, one of the largest investment companies in the world, is actively looking for a Project Administrator to join their team in Malvern, PA! This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required.
***This is a 4 month initial contract***
This person should have basic project administration experience, be comfortable with legal contracts, and have experience with DocuSign. Being detail-oriented is crucial for data entry components of this role!
Responsibilities
Client Outreach Process
- Track progress of Relationship Manager outreach to clients. Set and manage
goals at the aggregate and individual level.
- Work with Relationship Managers 1/1 to research client situations, understand
priorities for the week, and manage plans.
- Elevate trends to leadership to understand issues, roadblocks, and risks.
- Manage the appointment scheduling process with operations, monitoring the
queue daily and ensuring clients have dialogue and follow up.
- For clients without a contact, or who have not responded, develop and execute
an outcall plan.
Document Management
- For client contracts, own the DocuSign BPM process and maintain responsibility
for ensuring completed paperwork goes to BPM and is tracked appropriately.
- Search BPM for historical documents (if not provided) and add to BPM case
(including banking items).
- Support the banking information movement process.
- Partner with the client outreach manager to ensure completed applications are
tracked at the client level.
Data Entry
- Enter client financial data into financial systems (note: this will be a 1 month
focus once a certain set of clients converts to a new system).
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience working as a Project Administrator/Project Coordinator
- Experience working with legal contracts and DocuSign
- Must be detail-oriented and have data entry experience
Salary : $55 - $65
