Contract Duration: 18 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Google Chronicle and Splunk.
• Knowledge of CrowdStrike.
• Networking background nice to have.
• Risk analytics and alert management.
• 4 years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong discipline and understanding of responsibilities, even without a formal degree.
  
  

What You Will Be Doing Case Management:

• Work on cases involving reviewing and processing.
• Utilize SIEM tools like Q-Sore (current) and Google Sore (future).
• Tools such as Google Chronicle, Splunk, X or NetWitness, Semantic for endpoint, LogScale, and WireShark.
• Employ various internal tools.
• Investigate network traffic flows, squat space, etc.
• Conduct risk analytics and manage risk alerts.
• Group related cases and conduct comprehensive analysis
  
  

Shared Mailbox Management

• Handle shared mailbox as part of daily shift duties.
• Collaborate with internal partner teams and WF employees.
  
  

Phone Queue Management

• Answering phone calls as part of the job responsibilities.
