Hiring: Senior Lead Redis & SRE Engineer (P5)

We are actively hiring for a Senior Lead Redis & SRE Engineer role supporting a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative focused on platform engineering, AI integration, and critical infrastructure reliability.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on Redis Platform Engineering
- Deep Python Development experience
- Strong SRE / DevOps background
- Experience with Agentic AI / AI Integrations / MCP
- CI/CD, Helm Charts, Git workflows
- Linux/Unix administration
- Observability tools: Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Elastic
- OpenShift / Kubernetes exposure
- Incident & Change Management (ServiceNow)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and support Redis platform infrastructure
- Develop Python-based automation frameworks (FastAPI/Flask)
- Design AI-integrated operational tooling
- Improve platform reliability, scalability & observability
- Work closely with platform engineering and cloud teams
- Lead troubleshooting, RCA, and performance optimization
Preferred Background:
- Platform Engineering / SRE
- Redis SME or strong NoSQL platform experience
- AI tooling integration experience
- Financial services environment exposure is a plus
