Company Description
Leaks Construction Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Project Administrator to help keep our projects and office running smoothly. You'll work closely with our project managers and field team on everything from payroll and billing to budget tracking and day-to-day coordination.
What you'll do
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
- Handling AP/AR entry and reconciliation
- Code and allocate payroll and materials to the right jobs
- Process weekly payroll from start to finish (excluding final approval)
- Submit weekly union reporting
- Prepare certified payroll as required
- Enter material purchases for payment and keep tabs on vendor credit lines
PROJECT SUPPORT
- track project budgets and check in regularly with PMs on cost
- Keep track of change orders and field tickets across all active projects
- Put together bi-weekly project reports to monitor budgets and margins
- Generate and distribute bi-weekly project trackers to monitor projections and margins
- Assist with material ordering, vendor quotes, and subcontractor communication on assigned projects
OFFICE & FIELD COORDINATION
- Help manage HR needs for field staff and make sure they have they need on site
- Stay in regular contact with vendors and field crews
- Handle general office tasks, supply ordering, and keeping the team on track day-to-day
- Serve as the go-to person for general office needs
What we're looking for
- Background in construction, accounting, or office administration
- Comfortable with job costing and construction billing
- Experience with payroll and union reporting a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Good communicator — you'll be talking to field crews, vendors, and leadership regularly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; construction or accounting software experience is a bonus
Compensation
Salary: $60,000-$75,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00PM
Location: Ambler, PA (in-person)
