Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Technical Writer, or Training Document Specialist.
- Background in training, instructional design, or learning & development.
- Experience working in large, enterprise-level organizations.
- Ability to implement style guides and standardize terminology across multiple documents.
- Familiarity with mapping and reconciling training materials with procedures and job aids.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents and tasks.
- Review, reconcile, and standardize existing training documents to align with the team’s style guide.
- Ensure consistent terminology and formatting across all training materials.
- Map and maintain traceability between procedures, job aids, and training content.
- Collaborate with Trainers and Procedure Writers to validate content accuracy.
- Identify gaps or areas for improvement and propose enhancements.
- (Nice-to-Have) Assist with content organization on SharePoint - Teamworks (WF -specific).
- (Nice-to-Have) Support usage of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for content reference and search.
