Summary:
The Procedure Writer will support the Lockbox Training & Procedures team by reviewing, updating, and managing procedural and training documentation. This role focuses on ensuring consistency with approved style guides, maintaining traceability between procedures and reference materials, and supporting the overall content management strategy. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, experience developing procedures and training materials, and proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Responsibilities:
Review, reconcile, and update existing job aids and training materials to align with the approved style guide and documentation standards.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting across all training and procedural content.
Establish and maintain traceability between Desktop Procedures, Control Procedures, and their supporting reference materials.
Support content development and content management efforts for the Lockbox Training & Procedures team.
Perform additional related tasks as needed to support the team’s content management and implementation strategy.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Prior experience writing procedures, job aids, or training content.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established documentation standards.
Ability to manage and organize content across multiple document types.
