Responsibilities:
- Review, reconcile, and update existing job aids and training materials to align with the approved style guide and documentation standards.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and proper formatting across all training and procedural content.
- Establish and maintain traceability between Desktop Procedures, Control Procedures, and their supporting reference materials.
- Support content development and content management efforts for the Lockbox Training & Procedures team.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed to support the team’s content management and implementation strategy.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Prior experience writing procedures, job aids, or training content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established documentation standards.
