Our client, a leading provider of energy, is hiring an IT Project Manager to join their team in Boston or Andover! Onsite 2x a week
*This is a 12 month W2 contract with benefits offered!*
In this role, you will coordinate and support multiple IT governance and compliance programs across RLM, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track through effective planning, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will also lead requirements gathering, manage enhancement and change requests, and help align processes, reporting, and risk controls across cybersecurity, compliance, and operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end coordination and delivery across RLM, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and consolidated status reporting.
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for enhancements, workflows, reporting, and process improvements, including SOWs, functional specs, and RAID logs.
- Drive stakeholder collaboration, change management, and governance alignment across cybersecurity, compliance, and data teams while supporting KPIs and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- 5 years IT project/program management experience
- Requirements and documentation skills (JIRA/Confluence)
- Knowledge of GRC, risk, and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
