This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Memphis, TN. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing expense reports, managing invoices, reconciling payment records, and preparing journal entries. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and maintaining compliance with company policies. The specialist will collaborate with other team members to support the company’s financial operations and reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in Accounting, Finance, and Journal Entries
- Strong Analytical Skills to review and reconcile financial data
- Proficiency in processing Expense Reports and managing accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is a plus
