We are seeking a highly organized and proactive temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and logistical coordination
- Provide both in-person and virtual support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements
- Handle HR-related invoicing, including coding, expense report processing, and tracking for final approvals
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Support reporting and administrative functions, including Excel-based data tracking and analysis
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with expense reports, calendar management, and travel coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
