Role Description
As our Lead Wall Systems Technician, you'll be the primary installer and on-site leader for temporary wall projects located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Lead Technician will work with a small crew to complete the installation, maintenance, and removal of modular wall containment systems. Day-to-day tasks involve assembling and disassembling containment systems, ensuring proper sealing of work areas, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring sites meet cleanliness and compliance standards post-project. In addition, the role with oversee the warehouse to ensure walls are cleaned and any necessary maintenance is performed so walls are ready for next project. Team collaboration and adherence to project timelines are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with tools, assembly, or similar technical work, including attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow ICRA compliance standards or similar guidelines
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address installation challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely project completion
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate and lead other technicians and team members
- Flexibility and physical ability to work on-site and in various work environments
- Prior experience in light carpentry or HVAC is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
