Our client is a well-established organization seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all core human resources functions. This is a hands-on role supporting both employees and leadership across a collaborative and service-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for all employee relations, compliance, and HR operations matters
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across corporate and field-based positions
- Process payroll and oversee HRIS/payroll administration
- Partner with leadership to support employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
- Support benefits administration and employee communication related to health and retirement programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a hands-on environment
- Experience managing multiple areas of HR including payroll, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and training
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
- Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM certification preferred
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
