Responsibilities
- Process account updates, renewals, and policy-related changes
- Review information for accuracy and enter data into internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Generate quotes, invoices, certificates, and other account documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure quality control of account information
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending requests as needed
- Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
