Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance for a regional portfolio
- Partner with on-site teams to support occupancy, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations
- Review financials, approve expenses, and monitor overall property performance
- Travel regularly to properties to support teams and conduct site visits
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on operational needs and projects
- Support hiring, coaching, and performance management for property staff
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Experience in operations, hospitality, customer service, property management, or a related field preferred
- Financial and budgeting experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regionally
