Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, travel coordination, expense management, and meeting logistics
- Act as a key point of contact for visitors, helping create a welcoming and professional office environment
- Coordinate internal meetings, offsites, team events, and company-wide initiatives
- Help oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, common areas, and workplace organization
- Support preparation for leadership meetings, board-related logistics, and special projects
- Assist with tracking industry conferences, registrations, and organizational planning efforts
- Partner with internal teams on company communications, updates, and administrative initiatives
- Jump into ad hoc projects and operational needs as the company continues to scale
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced corporate environment required
- Experience within biotech, life sciences, startup, or high-growth environments preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing shifting priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
