One of our clients*, a rapidly growing biotech start-up, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help drive day-to-day operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to members of the senior leadership team, including complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics
- Managing dynamic and frequently shifting priorities while ensuring efficient time management and communication across teams
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including board meetings, leadership meetings, and company-wide initiatives
- Serving as a professional point of contact for visitors, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Supporting office operations, including maintaining organization, supplies, and overall day-to-day functionality of the office
- Assisting with company events, team-building activities, offsites, and internal culture initiatives
- Supporting onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace preparation and scheduling coordination
- Providing additional administrative and operational support as needed in a growing organization
Qualifications:
- 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders or C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience within biotech, life sciences, healthcare, start-up environments, or other high-growth organizations strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to work
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail when handling confidential information
- Collaborative mindset with the flexibility to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other standard business tools
