Essential Functions

Participates in associate preparedness for regulatory audits and surveys * As directed by Management, forms and leads effective teams to accomplish departmental, divisional, and organizational objective.
- Innovation and Learning * Plans new classes, programs and symposia based on the latest innovations and evidence based criteria. * Uses the appropriate methodologies and technologies available in education. * Fosters a philosophy of life long learning for all associates throughout the organization. * Identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation in healthcare practices based on new trends and technologies.
