About Montana Knife Company
Montana Knife Company is building more than premium American-made knives. We are building a movement around quality, grit, craftsmanship, and bringing American manufacturing back one knife at a time. We believe great products deserve great storytelling, and we are looking for someone obsessed with using social media to grow brand awareness, deepen community, and drive real business results.
Position Summary
Montana Knife Company is looking for an in-house Social Media Strategist to lead strategy, planning, execution, and performance across all major social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and YouTube.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to be on camera or chase vanity metrics. We are looking for someone deeply focused on growing engaged audiences, measuring what works, learning from the data, and repeating success at scale. The right candidate understands that social media is not just about likes or followers. It is about attracting new customers, building loyalty, strengthening the brand, and growing a community around American-made products.
This person will work closely with the CMO and the full content team to build posting calendars, shape platform strategy, measure performance, and turn insights into action.

Own social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and YouTube

Build and manage the social media calendar in close partnership with the CMO and content team
