Position Summary
Montana Knife Company is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to help lead and grow our fast-moving corporate sales channel. This person will manage inbound leads generated through our website, build relationships with new and existing business customers, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first inquiry to final order.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and hungry to grow business. The right candidate understands how to manage a pipeline, follow up consistently, identify new opportunities, and represent the brand at expos and trade shows. Ongoing training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming corporate sales leads from the MKC website and respond in a timely, professional manner
- Qualify new opportunities and guide customers through the corporate gifting and bulk order process
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and prospective accounts
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and trade shows
- Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead flow, messaging, and campaign performance
- Working Closely with the CMO to align outreach, account strategy, and customer communication
- Coordinate with the Manufacturing team on timelines, product availability, customization needs, and delivery expectations
- Help customers select products, customization options, and order quantities that fit their goals and budget
- Track leads, quotes, follow-ups, and sales activity in the appropriate systems
- Represent Montana Knife Company at expos, trade shows, and industry events to help grow awareness and generate new leads
- Support the continued growth and operational success of the corporate sales program

Required Qualifications - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads, projects, and follow-ups at the same time
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations/manufacturing teams
- Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, expos, and customer-facing events
- Basic understanding of sales process, lead management, and business development
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead-tracking tools
Preferred (but not mandatory) Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, business development, customer success, or a related role
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, branded merchandise, premium consumer products, or outdoor/hunting industry sales
- Experience working trade shows or live events
- Familiarity with quoting, custom orders, or production coordination
- Passion for the outdoor, hunting, ranching, tactical, or American-made product space
