A dynamic and growing wealth management firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support Financial Advisors in delivering a best-in-class client experience.
The firm works with high-net-worth and multi-generational clients, requiring a thoughtful, proactive, and highly personalized approach to service. This is a relationship-driven role that blends client interaction, financial planning support, and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Serve as a trusted support partner to Financial Advisors
- Ensure all client interactions and communications are documented in CRM
- Coordinate financial planning workflows, including meeting preparation and follow-ups
- Manage client requests and ensure timely, accurate execution
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with a high-touch, relationship-focused model
- Series 65 license required
- Experience supporting Financial Advisors or working within an RIA
- Strong understanding of wealth management processes and client service
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and financial tools
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive support
- Base salary: $70K – $80K (up to $85K depending on experience)
- Annual bonus opportunity
