What Is Happening Here

One of the nation's largest independent title agencies with over 40 years in the business needs a leader for their Fort Wayne, Indiana office. The current ownership is transitioning and we are looking for someone to fill that role and lead the office.

The person we hire will start as our lead title and escrow professional and move into full Branch Manager as the transition happens. 

Is This You?

• 2 or more years of hands on escrow and title closing experience
• You manage closings independently and do it well
• You are ready to run your own operation
• You want a company that will actually hand you the keys

What We Need

• Direct escrow and title closing experience managing the full process independently
• Strong relationship building skills with agents and lenders
• Leadership mindset and the drive to grow an office
• ResWare knowledge a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain title licensing and notary commission in Indiana
