We are seeking a driven Service Advisor who thrives in a client-focused environment, values continuous learning, and is committed to building a long-term career in wealth management.
What You'll Do
• Support client meetings (in person, via video, and email), summarizing action items and tracking follow-through
• Ensure a seamless client experience through strong documentation and CRM ownership
• Assist in developing and reviewing financial plans alongside senior advisors
• Participate in meeting prep and provide operational support to ensure client goals are executed
• Serve as a secondary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned clients
What We're Looking For
• 2 years in financial services (banking, investments, wealth management, or similar preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Growth-oriented mindset motivated to pursue advisory career track
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
• A commitment to integrity and always putting clients first
Professional Development & Licensing
This firm invests heavily in career growth. Expected milestone completion:
• Life & Health License within 6 months
• Series 7 & 63, within 12 months
• CFP coursework encouraged with goal by end of Year 2
