Senior Project Manager – Luxury High-Rise Construction
Hollywood, FL | $150,000–$185,000 base commission potential for bringing in new projects
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing South Florida general contractor that specializes in luxury high-rise and complex commercial construction. With multiple towers underway, this firm is expanding its leadership team and building out its high-rise division in a serious way.
This is not a maintenance PM role. This is a true Senior Project Manager seat leading vertical projects 30M from preconstruction through closeout, representing the company directly with developers, architects, and ownership groups.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction and buyout through delivery and closeout
- Manage large-scale luxury high-rise projects (20 stories) simultaneously
- Direct Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers to maintain alignment on schedule, cost, and quality
- Oversee subcontractor scopes, bid leveling, and buyout strategy
- Serve as primary liaison between ownership, architects, consultants, and field leadership
- Develop and manage full project budgets and forecasts
- Review subcontractor pay applications, change orders, and cost reports
- Implement cost control strategies and identify value engineering opportunities
- Partner with accounting and executives on billing, collections, and financial reporting
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to protect design intent
- Conduct site visits to monitor safety, logistics, and quality control
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- 10 years of progressive experience managing luxury high-rise, hospitality, or large commercial builds
- Proven leadership on projects 20 stories or $50M
- Strong command of scheduling, contracts, and financial controls
- Experience managing structural, MEP, façade, and interior trades
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- Polished communicator comfortable leading high-level client meetings
- Must speak Spanish
- Knowledge of South Florida permitting and construction logistics strongly preferred
