This is a full-time, on-site role in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of project development, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and directing project activities, monitoring performance to meet goals, managing teams and vendors, performing inspections, and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Expertise in Project Management with the ability to plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of project delivery.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Experience with Inspections to monitor quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Strong skills in Logistics Management for coordinating workflow and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and resolve project challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate development or related fields, with familiarity in commercial or mixed-use projects.
