This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with exposure to the full accounting cycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own full-cycle AP & AR (invoicing, collections, vendor management)
• Support month-end close (reconciliations, journal entries, accruals)
• Manage billing, cash application, and expense tracking
• Maintain accurate financial data across multiple systems
• Partner with leadership to ensure smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For
• 4 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Experience with AP AR month-end close
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving environment
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems
