- Collaborate with Field Sales team members to create tailored outreach strategies.
- Share compelling marketing and educational resources to build trust and drive engagement.
- Track metrics like appointments set, call quality, and conversion rates to continuously improve outcomes.
- Nurture existing relationships and promote referrals from current clients.
- 1 years of phone-based sales or prospecting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, self-driven, and confident managing your daily outreach goals.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce is a plus).
- Bonus if you’ve sold into the healthcare, financial, or tech space before!
