RFI-RFP Specialist

RFI / RFP Specialist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Hybrid | Miami Area

We’ve partnered with a growing organization in a highly regulated, fast-moving environment to identify an experienced RFI / RFP Specialist to support strategic proposals, due diligence initiatives, and client assessments.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client trust. You’ll play a visible role in shaping how the organization responds to complex client requests—ensuring submissions are accurate, compelling, on time, and aligned with broader business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Own and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and detailed client questionnaires

• Support due diligence processes, audits, and third-party evaluations

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, Quality, and IT

• Track deadlines, deliverables, and customer requests with precision and accountability

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve proposal repositories and documentation

• Develop metrics to improve response quality, efficiency, and turnaround time

What They’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience managing RFIs, RFPs, proposals, or client assessments

• Exceptional organization, documentation, and attention to detail

• Native-level English with advanced Spanish (written and verbal)

• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Logistics, or other regulated environments preferred

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
