Compensation
- Base: $70K – $80K (flex up to $85K max)
- Annual bonus (individual firm performance)
- 401(k) match strong benefits
- Act as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients
- Handle account servicing, money movement, and onboarding
- Maintain extremely detailed CRM documentation (Salesforce)
- Support advisors with:
- Financial planning (MoneyGuidePro)
- Tax planning (Holistiplan)
- Meeting summaries & follow-ups (Zocks)
- Series 65 REQUIRED
- Experience in RIA / Wealth Management
- Tech-savvy (CRM-heavy, process-driven environment)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable in a high-touch, service-first culture
