Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families
- Deliver holistic financial planning and portfolio guidance
- Drive client retention and growth through exceptional service
- Identify and develop new client opportunities
- Mentor junior advisors and support team development
- Collaborate with internal investment and planning teams
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Financial Advisor (required)
- Active Series 65 license required
- Proven experience in a fee-based advisory model (RIA preferred)
- Experience working with $500K client portfolios (HNW preferred)
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Interest in mentoring and contributing to a team-driven culture
- 401(k) or retirement plan experience is a plus
- Stable career track record
