What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and run CNC lathes, mills, and turning centers
- Perform manual machining operations as needed
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
- Adjust tooling and offsets to ensure precision output
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Support preventative maintenance and machine upkeep
- Maintain quality and safety standards on the floor
- 3–5 years of machining experience in a production environment
- Experience with lathe and mill setups
- Strong blueprint reading skills (GD&T preferred)
- Ability to hold tight tolerances consistently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Consistent first shift schedule
- No mandatory overtime
