What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet one-on-one with new and existing clients from company seminars and referrals.
- Prepare, present, and implement customized retirement plans (B.O.S.S. Retirement Blueprints).
- Provide financial planning advice including investments, insurance, and retirement strategies.
- Assist clients with annuities, life insurance, long-term care, and managed portfolios.
- Develop and retain strong client relationships built on trust and results.
- Participate in weekly Zoom meetings and occasional client-facing seminars.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to meet team and individual goals.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years of financial services experience.
- Active Series 65 license (or Series 7/66 combo).
- Active Life & Health Insurance licenses.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, and database management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach.
- Base salary: $80k–$100k plus 10% commission in year one.
- Transition to fully commission-based at 25% commission after year one (or earlier if ready).
- First-year earnings potential $120k–$150k, with no commission cap.
