Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join a small but growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing tax returns from start to finish and building long-term client relationships in a supportive, flexible environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of tax returns, including individual (1040), corporate (1120-S), and partnership (1065).
Manage the full tax return process independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with clients to provide tax expertise and personalized service.
Work closely with a small team to support bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation functions.
Requirements:
CPA or EA designation required.
3 years of experience preparing both individual and corporate tax returns.
Proficiency with 1040, 1120-S, and 1065 filings.
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
