Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact to cultivate and strengthen long-term client relationships
Communicate investment strategies and financial planning recommendations clearly and effectively
Lead client meetings with strong preparation and timely follow-up
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions
Contribute to firm growth by developing new client relationships
Identify opportunities to consolidate external assets into the firm
Regularly review and update client financial plans to ensure alignment with their goals
10 years of direct, client-facing experience in financial services
Series 65 (or equivalent) required
CFP designation preferred
Deep understanding of investments, financial markets, and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Client-first, fiduciary mindset
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented under pressure
Proven ability to develop and convert new client relationships
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Adaptable, proactive, and driven to succeed
Base Salary: $150,000 – $165,000
