This role is ideal for an experienced advisor seeking a long-term opportunity with a well-established investment management and financial planning firm. The position requires strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to cultivate and strengthen long-term client relationships

• Communicate investment strategies and financial planning recommendations clearly and effectively

• Lead client meetings with strong preparation and timely follow-up

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions

• Contribute to firm growth by developing new client relationships

• Identify opportunities to consolidate external assets into the firm

• Regularly review and update client financial plans to ensure alignment with their goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10 years of direct, client-facing experience in financial services

• Series 65 (or equivalent) required

• CFP designation preferred

• Deep understanding of investments, financial markets, and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $165,000
