We're looking for a sharp, motivated Service Advisor to join a financial planning team in Ames, IA. If you're hungry to learn and thrive in a client-facing environment, keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sitting in on client meetings (in-person, Zoom, and email) and owning the follow-through
- Taking detailed notes and leading post-meeting debriefs to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Managing client workflows through a CRM system
- Building financial plans alongside Lead and Private Wealth Advisors
- Preparing materials ahead of client meetings
- Serving as a secondary relationship manager for an established client base
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong communicator with sharp attention to detail
- Self-starter who holds themselves to a high standard
- Someone who leads with integrity and puts clients first
- Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required
- Must obtain Life & Health license within first 6 months and Series 63 & 7 within first year
