What You'll Do
• Join client meetings alongside senior advisors and document key follow-up items.
• Assist in building and updating financial plans, proposals, and supporting materials.
• Manage client workflows, tasks, and communication in the firm's CRM.
• Maintain a seamless end-to-end client experience — from preparation to follow-through.
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Complete required licensing (Life & Health, Series 7 & 63) with full support and training.
What We're Looking For
• 1 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, client-first approach.
• Desire to earn advanced credentials (CFP encouraged within 2 years).
• High integrity, strong follow-through, and enthusiasm for learning and advancement.
