What You'll Do
- Manage residential real estate transactions from opening through closing
- Conduct 4-5 closings per day
- Review and prepare lender and closing documents
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys
- Resolve title and closing issues as they arise
- Maintain compliance with title and escrow requirements
- Prepare completed closing packages for lenders
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the transaction process
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of title, escrow, or closing experience
- Experience conducting real estate closings independently
- Background working for a title company or similar closing environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ResWare is a plus
- Notary Commission or ability to obtain one
- Title License or ability to obtain one
- Base pay plus production-based commission
