Escrow Officer
Compensation: $24 - $26/hr Commission Per Application
Benton Harbor, MI | Full-Time | On-Site
This is not just another escrow seat. We are looking for a sharp, experienced Escrow Officer who wants to close deals, grow fast, and build a career path toward Regional Escrow Manager. If you thrive in a high-volume environment and take pride in running a clean, compliant closing, we want to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Running 4-5 closings per day in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Owning the full closing process from docs to disbursement
- Being the go-to contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
- Solving title issues quickly and keeping every deal on track
- Keeping records tight and staying fully compliant
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years as an Escrow Officer, Closer, Table Closer, Escrow Agent, Title Agent, or Grant Processor
- Deep knowledge of real estate laws and closing procedures
- ResWare and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- State title license and notary commission (or eligibility to obtain)
- 600 credit score required
- High School Diploma or GED required
