About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing title company is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join its team.


The ideal candidate will have experience conducting multiple closings per day, reviewing lender documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring a smooth closing experience for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.


This role also offers long-term career growth, including the opportunity to develop into a Regional Escrow Manager position.


What You'll Do

• Manage residential real estate transactions from opening through closing
• Conduct 4-5 closings per day
• Review and prepare lender and closing documents
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Resolve title and closing issues as they arise
• Maintain compliance with title and escrow requirements
• Prepare completed closing packages for lenders
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the transaction process

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of title, escrow, or closing experience
• Experience conducting real estate closings independently
• Background working for a title company or similar closing environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with ResWare is a plus
• Notary Commission or ability to obtain one
• Title License or ability to obtain one
